CorpInfo's Microsoft Practice has an immediate opening for a Microsoft Exchange/Active Directory Senior/Principal Consultant. We are searching for a seasoned "hands-on" Exchange, UCC and Active Directory consultant who is looking to join an Excellent Customer Focused enterprise solutions delivery team! You must have excellent consulting skills, be a team player, a self-starter with a proven track record of Exchange and Active Directory Implementations.

Title: Senior Principal Microsoft Infrastructure Consultant
Location: Los Angeles
Status: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Provide pre-sales support
- Development and delivery of projects and post sales support
- Drive and further Exchange business at existing clients
- Work with marketing team to develop Go-To-Market Strategy
Delivery
- Design and Implement Exchange 2007 / 2010 and Active Directory 2008 solutions for large corporations (1000+ users)
- Articulate complex technical issues to end users in an easy and understandable manner
- Provide technical leadership
- Provide project management expertise
- Mentor and train junior team members
Requirements:
- 3+ years of prior IT Consulting experience
- 5+ years of total IT Technical experience
- Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Windows and Exchange Migration Projects. (Windows 2000 to Windows /2008 with Active Directory and Exchange 2007/ 2010)
- Unified Communications and Collaborations (UCC)
- Multi-site Exchange 2000/2003 / 2007 / 2010 environment
- Migration projects for large corporations (1000+ users)
- Extensive experience in messaging infrastructure
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper V, Citrix XenServer) hands on experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft System Center
- Strong knowledge of backup, storage and disaster recovery technologies and solutions
- Strong documentation skills including technical writing especially in design and as-build documentation
- Knowledge of security, MIIS preferred
- Successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication and client management skills

Required Certifications:
- MMCSE 2003 /2008
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper V, Citrix XenServer) certification
Desired:
- Experience with migrations from Novell GroupWise to Exchange 2007/2010
- Experience with migrations from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2007/2010
