Microsoft Infrastructure Engagement Manager

The ideal individual should be able to:
- Work with a team of Elite Microsoft Consultants to plan, design, implement and manage technology projects on a consultative level
- Work with the Sales team to develop new business
- Work with the Technical staff to develop new solution offerings
- Build strong relationships with partners and manufacturers
- Write winning proposals by scoping and estimating new projects
Extensive knowledge or hands-on experience with a combination of the following is REQUIRED:
- Active Directory / Windows 2008 R2
- Security
- Exchange 2010 / Lync
- BPOS / Office 365
- MOF / MSF
- MOM
- Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity
- Virtualization / HyperV
- SCCM
- Windows 7 / MDOP
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT Engagement Management and Business Development
- Experience with the development and growth of Consultants
- Proven implementation capabilities of the Microsoft technologies
- Strong consulting and project management experience with related profit and loss
- Effective working relationship with sales executives and clients to identify and close opportunities
- Excellent proposal writing, communication and presentation skills with clients and vendors
- A BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline required; Microsoft MCITP Certification and MBA degree are preferred.
