CorpInfo's Microsoft Practice has an immediate opening for a Microsoft SharePoint Developer. This is a unique opportunity to join the CorpInfo's Microsoft Practice team located in Los Angeles. This position reports to the Microsoft Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the client’s extranet and intranet web sites
- Participate as a SharePoint developer in the installation and rebranding efforts
- Participate in the design of the new workflow applications (Designer and Visual Studio)
- Analyze requests for change, code and test new functionality
- Support acceptance tests and production tests
- Answer user/IT inquiries
- Produce emergency and permanent fixes
- Take preventive actions that will improve applications reliability and performance
- Work closely with the client’s delivery manager in order to prepare and execute the applications' migration (from old version to MOSS2007)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree required; preferably in Computer Science or related field
- A minimum of 5 years experience in I.T.
(2 minimum with MOSS2007, including installation and out of box deployments) - Technical expertise : SharePoint, HTML, ASP, XML,SQL,VS, Designer
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Autonomous and good sense of responsibilities
- Quality oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Self-motivation with high level of enthusiasm
