Eligibility for Complimentary Services

Customer with an active Enterprise, Enterprise Subscription, or Select SAM (Software Assurance Membership) enrollment who have purchased over $60,000 USD of Software Assurance on Microsoft Office applications will receive at least one day of Desktop Deployment Planning Services.

The Software Assurance spend is calculated at the initial sale and increases with additional purchases with Software Assurance until the benefit is activated. The Software Assurance spend on Office applications will be totaled to determine which level engagement (1, 3, 5, or 10 days) your company is eligible to receive.

Should you want to extend the length of your Desktop Deployment Planning Services engagement to a higher level offering, you have the option of converting unused training vouchers toward increasing your Desktop Deployment Planning Services entitlement level.

Additional days may be available for qualified accounts or can be purchased directly from CorpInfo for a nominal charge. Customers without Software Assurance may purchase as many days as they require for a nominal charge.
