Brand New Day’s existing email platform was an older version of Exchange hosted by another company. Their main problems with this setup included not having direct administrative access to their account, maintaining separate identities, and having to go through a third party for any maintenance issues and daily administration tasks, causing frequent delays and missed service level agreements (SLAs). They wanted an up-to-date email platform and control of their own account.
After analyzing and understanding Brand New Day’s business and technical needs, Corpinfo proposed, designed, and implemented a solution that allowed them to take control of their email platform. The new platform let’s them leverage a Single sign-on experience while integrating their local Active Directory Services with Microsoft Office 365. All of this functionality was achieved without increasing Brand New Day’s server footprint.
